Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SWB Weddings OÜ, an Estonian private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia (Registry Code 17545413) (“SWB Weddings”, “Company”, “we”, “our”), and any client (“Client”, “you”) purchasing our destination wedding planning and consulting services.

These Terms become binding upon the earlier of:

• signing a Service Agreement;
• accepting a written quotation;
• paying any invoice issued by SWB Weddings OÜ.

By engaging our services, the Client confirms that these Terms have been read, understood and accepted.

SWB Weddings OÜ provides professional destination wedding planning, consulting and project management services for weddings taking place in Santorini, Greece.

Our services may include:

• wedding planning;
• wedding consulting;
• budget planning;
• vendor recommendations;
• timeline creation;
• logistics planning;
• communication with suppliers;
• project management;
• wedding coordination planning.

The Company primarily provides planning, consulting and organisational services before the wedding date.

A booking is confirmed only after:

• acceptance of the quotation; and
• receipt of the agreed planning fee.

SWB Weddings OÜ invoices exclusively for its own planning and consulting services.

Invoices issued by independent venues or wedding suppliers remain entirely separate and are governed by the respective supplier’s contractual terms and applicable legislation.

Payments may be accepted via:

• bank transfer;
• authorised online payment providers;
• secure payment links provided by SWB Weddings OÜ.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate.

Destination wedding planning is a bespoke professional service that begins immediately after booking confirmation.

Because planning work starts without delay, payments already made are generally non-refundable to the extent that they cover:

• consultations already provided;
• planning services performed;
• research undertaken;
• supplier communication;
• project management;
• completed planning milestones.

Where appropriate, SWB Weddings OÜ may provide a reasonable breakdown of work completed prior to cancellation.

Cancellation policies relating to venues and third-party suppliers are governed exclusively by the agreements between the Client and those suppliers.

If SWB Weddings OÜ agrees that a refund (whether full or partial) is due, it will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned, where reasonably possible, using the original payment method.

The Client agrees to:

• provide accurate information;
• respond to requests within reasonable timeframes;
• review quotations and documents carefully before approval;
• ensure sufficient funds are available for agreed payments;
• comply with the contractual requirements of third-party suppliers.

SWB Weddings OÜ carefully selects trusted local professionals based on experience and reputation.

However, each independent supplier remains solely responsible for:

• performance of services;
• pricing;
• invoicing;
• delivery of contracted services;
• legal and tax compliance.

SWB Weddings OÜ shall not be liable for:

• delays;
• cancellations;
• supplier insolvency;
• force majeure;
• acts or omissions of independent suppliers;
• weather conditions;
• governmental restrictions;
• transportation disruptions;
• any event outside the Company’s reasonable control.

The Company’s liability shall in all circumstances be limited to the amount actually paid to SWB Weddings OÜ for its own services.

All planning materials, timelines, proposals, concepts, schedules, documents and planning tools prepared by SWB Weddings OÜ remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and any Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
