Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SWB Weddings OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 17545413, and the clients (“Clients”) booking our destination wedding planning and consulting services.

By signing a Service Agreement, accepting a quotation, or paying an invoice issued by SWB Weddings OÜ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

SWB Weddings OÜ provides professional destination wedding planning, consulting, project management, budget planning, timeline creation, vendor selection, and overall wedding coordination services for destination weddings in Santorini, Greece.

Our services primarily consist of planning, consultation, communication, organisation, and project management performed remotely before and throughout the planning process.

A wedding planning project is considered confirmed only after the agreed initial planning fee has been received by SWB Weddings OÜ.

SWB Weddings OÜ issues invoices exclusively for its own wedding planning and consulting services.

Services provided by independent venues, decorators, florists, photographers, caterers, transportation companies, celebrants, coordinators and other local wedding professionals are contracted and invoiced separately by those providers in accordance with their own pricing, contractual terms and applicable tax legislation.

Due to the bespoke and highly personalised nature of destination wedding planning, work on each project begins immediately after confirmation of the booking.

Therefore, payments already made for planning and consulting services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Cancellation terms relating to local wedding vendors are governed by the individual agreements between the Client and the respective service providers.

SWB Weddings OÜ carefully selects and recommends trusted wedding professionals and suppliers based on experience and quality of service.

However, each independent vendor remains solely responsible for the services they provide, including their contractual obligations, pricing, invoicing, execution of services and compliance with applicable laws and tax regulations.

SWB Weddings OÜ shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent third-party service providers.

These Terms & Conditions and any Service Agreement entered into with SWB Weddings OÜ shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
